In all seriousness, I find myself looking forward to a great game on the last gen system again, this game looks fun, the animation looks great and from what I've been reading it's much deeper than it looks.  The game is called Odin Sphere and is coming out this month:

Pretty much the game I'm lookign forward to the most this month outside of importing Ouendan 2... 

And it's apparently coming out in the US just a few weeks after the Japanese version, instead of a few months.

 In japan, it's on the 17. That's 5 days before the US. But that's STILL better than five months. A hell of a lot better.

looks awesome, I myself wouldnt mind playing more side scollers, You know....with all the memory on the next gen systems, there would be enough memory to make a really long and replay valued side scroller, wonder if anyone will ever take the hint?? looks like this might be one!

I had an interesting experience yesterday... I saw a guy at my work playing GoWII (on a PS3). It looked frigging amazing.. and made me question even further why we need all this new, fangled graphics hardware. This looks pretty cool as well.

 Cause if God of War II looks that good on PS2, then God of War 3 is going to melt my brain that's why we need the new fangled stuff lol

Odin Sphere is one title I'm looking forward to, as well as Soul Nomad (2d sprites in 3d area, Strategy RPG).

 I dunno anything about that game, I should check out info about it. I'm surprised I haven't heard about it before.
