I wanna see Ps All Stars Karting.
Steal some of Xenoblade's creativity, environmental verioety, and exploration-rewarding design. Combine it with some proven open-world RPG formula (would make a good deal of sense for Final Fantasy, but I'd rather go with Elder Scrolls at this point) for maximum profits.

I seem to recall many people saying they wanted Sony to make a smash bros game, when it happened, all people did was complain it was unoriginal and trying too hard to be smash bros. Clearly no one remembers this.

Stuff like Zelda and Metroid. There are a lot of games that are inspired by them or similar, but there are so few pure adventure games. Fight monsters, solve puzzles, unlock new areas by acquiring new abilities. Most games these days focus so heavily on the combat; if there's shooting, it's all about shooting--if there are swords, it's all about hacking up monsters. But not a lot of people seem to do it like a simple Zelda or Metroid game. Just an awesome adventure where you explore and get new stuff to advance.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that a true adventure game requires a great amount of planning, whereas it's so easy to just focus on the combat and throw monsters at the player until the credits roll. It's frustrating, though. Nintendo is like the only publisher interested in this sort of thing, and you know long they like to take on making their games. I just wish more people would get in on it.

Lords of Shadow kind of did this. It actually took a lot of different gameplay styles and rolled them all into one great game. Climbing platforming type sections from Uncharted, stylish action combat system, and a generic version of Shadow of the Colossus style bosses. Instead of any of the titans in Lords of Shadow having fur or anything that you can climb on, it was compmletely preset indentations that you could climb on, so not as good, but considering the different stytles of gameplay in this game, they did a great job.
I'd like more developers to rip off Dark Wizard or Brigandine. Brigandine developers ripped off Dark Wizard and created a game that was similar in style but better.
Glad to see many people still considering the first Deus Ex an example to follow even now.
