I'd like;
Super Mario 128, a true sequel to Mario 64 with the same open world style.
A real SimCity 5 that includes all the features of SimCity 4 and more and bigger and better instead of being dumbed down and... 'online' (ugh).

But most of all;
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 3 and forget ToR ever happened and be scrapped from Star Wars canon.

Sega revives and/or localize its great franchises Sakura Taisen, Panzer Dragoon, Shenmue, Skies of Arcadia, Valkyria Chronicles, Yakuza just to name a few.

Konami finally continues the "Great Rune Saga" of Suikoden.

Bamco localizes all the "Tales" games that were never released outside of Japan. (Tales of Rebirth, Innocence R, Hearts R, Destiny II, Vesperia (PS3) just to name a few)

It's called The Last of Us.

I want to play games in this level of graphics and animation. I guess it wont come true in next 20 years or more. But I want to play games in this level of graphics. It will be a dream come true for me. Here is the link.

A big 3D open world Pokemon game... but make it an Action-RPG where you take direct control of Pokemon during a battle. Make the gameplay sort of a mix of Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Paradise, and whatever game in the genre has flying and swimming characters down pat. Keep BioWare and Bethesda out of it, and only have GameFreak provide advice and support. Maybe Genius Sonority and Monolith can make it.

A proper Dungeon & Dragons game for the Wii U. One where the Dungeon master is given control of the gamepad, and can use it to secretly do things on the fly, and up to four players can play as their characters on the TV using whatever controllers they want. Graphics and whatnot can be simple, but the key element is the GamePad being a secret window only available for the guy in charge of the game.

A version of Shadow of the Colossus where the "Jump" button isn't also the "Get on Horse" button.
