Doesn't change anything that I typed. Also doesn't change the fact that games won't be optimized for Off-TV play, which is kind of a big deal. I have enough Wii U games to know the difference between games that are not (like NBA 2K13, where it is not nearly as sharp as it should be on the Gamepad screen), and with games that are, like Rayman Origins or Need For Speed: Most Wanted U, which comes out looking quite beautiful on the small screen. And that's not even counting the numerous small UI and on-screen inventory changes that need to take place to get the optimal gameplay experience out of playing on a screen that offers less real estate.

And with the way you're going after anyone who questions this project, I think it's safe to assume we've got our first Cross Plane fanboy/fangirl. Good luck out there.

What is the big deal? Have you seen a nVidia shield? Shit does the same thing (or says it will do). Hardly any game is made with it in mind, and it doesn't matter because it's just another screen (and in this case has the same resolution as the source -minus PC- unlike the WiiPad).

I'm not a fanboy of the product (didn't even back it), but I like the concept (off-tv play for all consoles).

I'm not going after anyone who questions this, I just hate reading dumb posts.

The nVidia Shield is made for Android games (games that are already on a small screen...), and PC. So in other words, if you want off-monitor/TV play on your PC, you could get the Shield for $50 bucks cheaper. If you want off-TV play on your PS3 or PS4, you could get a Vita at $200 and do a lot more with it now and in the future than you ever will with a third-party controller. The only reason to get this controller would be if you really, really need to play your 360 or XBone without a television. Oh yeah, and the Ouya. I'm sure there are millions of rabid Ouya fans dying to pay $350 to play their Android games on this controller.

You've changed from "this is a WiiPad copy that doesn't work like one hahaha who would be dumb enough to buy this" to something else (you even see a reason to buy one now!!), so that's progress I guess. That was my problem with your first post, why complain about something it doesn't do, if it isn't designed to?

edit: aw, you replied before I edited my last post.

No, not really. Just because I said the only reason to get one is if you're desperately wanting to play 360 and Ouya games on a small screen when you can easily buy an nVidia Shield, a Vita, a Wii U, a 3DS, a 2DS, a 2DS + a Vita, a 3DS + a Vita + $20 bucks more for less doesn't mean I'm vouching for it. You keep trying though. ;)
