Digital collection = oxymoron. Do not buy digital anything.
100% of my PC collection is digital. Fifteen or so games.
Luigi's Mansion 2 is digital.
I think that's it.
For PC it's almost all digital (pretty sure i have SC2 on disk though.. somewhere ¬_¬). For consoles I generally like to have the physical thing, but once i get round to buying a next gen console i'll probably be moving towards digital there too, for convenience sake.
PC and 3DS - 100%
Wii U will also be 100% digital.
Nintendo and PC gamer
Maybe like 20%. My PS3 is only 80 GB so I can't really get digital games
The only digital games i own are older games released on new consoles,if a game comes out and has both a digital copy and a physical copy i will always buy the physical. I still dont see the point of anyone buying digital games unless they are priced cheaper (which seems to be catching on) and someday those could be gone if the said company went out of business or decided your 15 year old games didnt need to be kept tied to your account.
Im not saying this will happen but it is a possibility, least with my physical copies i know ill always have them and can resale them if i ever decided that video games weren't gonna be apart of my life any longer or i came upon hard times and needed the cash.
I have roughlt 300-400 retail games and about 150 digital... my digital collection will eventually outgrow my physical collection, i hardly ever buy retail anymore.
214 physical. 11 digital. It makes me sad that I have 11 games I can't stare at in a dreamy trance on my shelf.
