Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Rumor: 3 XBLA Games to release next Wed - N+, Disks of Tron & Commander

Just a quick note for XBLA fans: if you pay attention to the updates of Microsoft's website, they typically only add new Splash pages (the information pages) for XBLA games the week just before release.

This week, 3 Arcade games have been created: Commander: Attack of the Genos, N+, and Disks of Tron.

N+ : http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/n/nplusxboxlivearcade/

Disks of Tron (via IGN): http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/850/850725p1.html

Would be interesting if this was the case. This would be the first time in XBLA history that 3 games debuted in the same week. XBLA hit 2 games per week in May last year, I believe.

Tron wa a grat movie and should equal to some great games--i vaguely remember the old atari one where you had to ride the lightcycles

That version of Tron was released 1/09/06 with the other 2-3 extra games.

Disks of Tron is an all time fav of mine. I'm looking forward to that.

Commander looks neat too, it would be nice to see a few more turn based strategy games on the 360.

My 360 can blog!

Gamers have 3 choices this generation: The Exercise Machine, the Movie Machine, or the Game Machine.  What kind of gamer are you?

Well rez and chessmaster were released with year on the same day, alot of weeks have 2 games released.

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... I need this. - The Gaming PC and PS4, and Xbox 360, and thePS3's . Well what are you looking at? What do you think I'm some kind of a jerk or something! - And this. That's all I need.

Hey, cool! I didn't know N was being released for XBLA. If it's only $5 (which would make sense, seeing as the PC version is free), I may have to pick it up.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."

Disks of Tron is will be cool for XBLA but the arcade cab will be missed.

EMULATION is the past.....NOW.......B_E_L_I_E_V_E

Garcian - more than likely N+ is going to be $10.

Why? It's not the standard flash version we've all played - the company that made N has made N+ as a standalone game with alot more content. The game is scheduled to come out for PSP and DS, most likely at $20....So the XBLA version (like Puzzle Quest) will be a steal and a deal.

It seems that now alot of games are starting to do the PSN/XBLA/PSP/DS world tour.
