PS Vita pricecut didn't really help, only a slight bump and still sells less on a worldwide basis because of lower sales in Japan

I didnt know that.  I have been away.

I cant recall recent prices, but the UK price for the PS3 looks unchanged to me?

not really sure about the UK prices. but the EU have been dropped to 199$ EU for both the Vita and the PS3 (12GB model) and in the USA they introduced the 12GB ps3 model for 199$ and dropped the Vita too 199$ as well. do not know what happened with the more expensive models if they dropped in price in EU though. (the 500GB model)
