Forums - Gaming Discussion - Microsoft Xbox one is this really the best launch lineup ever

From your list the only games that would matter are forza, KI,DR3 and Ryze. Its an ok launch, both ways people don't buy consoles at launch because of the launch line up.

The lack of Project Spark and D4 saddens me, so no. This ain't the best launch lineup.

What's D4?

Dark Dreams Don't Die.

That Kinect game?

It has kinect functions, but it isn't a kinect game. You can play with a controller.

nahh, they definitely have the best launch lineup but I still have faith in sony as a long term investment.

Good to know.

None of them interest me.

No. And including the MultiPlats doesn't make it the best launch lineup ever because the PS4 is getting those too. PS4 and XBoxOne launch line ups are basically the same in quality ( including exclusives ) with everything else being in Playstation 4's favor:  Price, tech, power, the fact that the only country where the Xbox One will possibly outsell PS4 is America.

Microsoft's already lost.  I don't know why they're even bothering.

Many thought the same about the PS3 shortly after Sony launched it, but they managed to turn it around, so even if PS4 might start better there still is a chance for MS to make a come back if they heavily invest in game development.

Based on sales, Wii U has a better line-up:
NSMBU - sequel of NSMBWii (26M)
Nintendo Land - spiritual sequel to Wii Sports (80M)
Just Dance 4 - sequel to the biggest third party game in Nintendo platforms (almost 8-9M seller)
Call of Duty - well, millions and millions each year
Assassins Creed III - same above

And we know how good that ended.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

driveclub, killzone and knack.

thats why buying a console in the launch date isnt a good idea.
ill wait 1 year.

This!  I have bought 3 consoles at launch, the Sega CD (>_<), the Dreamcast (:D) and the Xbox 360 (-_-).  I've learned my lesson.

I like the X1's launch lineup though.  There are definitely things I would want to play.  But there is nothing there that I'm DYING to play.  The Day One incentives are a nice idea too that makes getting it on launch more attractive, but I'm just at a different point in my life where I don't see the value of buying a console when it'll be at it's worst.  As for the PS4 lineup, it makes the decision even easier.

I think the PS4 lineup is better.

Although I've pre-ordered a PS4 for day 1, I have to admit, it probably has one of the worst first party launch lineup's in recent history.
