not getting what you are saying. will the older scrolls online be F2P? or will it just not require xbox live gold to be able to play?

You shoud change the title, that kinda implies that the $15 fee a month will be gone too.

Pretty sure he means that Bestheda wants to not require a Xbox live membership to play it. The title was confusing.

No one wants to pay two subscription just to play one game. Hope Ms does it more like Sony with there online subscriptions.

The latter, if Bethesda has its way. ESO is subscription based.

I kind of doubt it. It's in Microsoft's interest to have standard policies across the board rather than to be seen playing favorites. And with more MMOs and F2P games coming to consoles, I don't think they'll want to have a bunch of people using their Xboxes as ESO boxes or World of Tank boxes and not paying for Live.

Maybe if bethesda pushes it enough MS will allow all games that require a subscription to not require live!? lol I doubt it but it just dosent make sense to pay for live to pay for a different subscription.

I wonder how big this will be on consoles anyway. Seems more likely to succeed on PC anyway.
