I suppose you implying that if you care about visuals you should be playing on PC? Last time i checked though, most people playing on PC's are using onboard graphics or low-mid end GPU's.

Consoles is absolutely a viable platform for awesome visuals. Hell even the WiiU will have some amazing looking games. Your argument is extremely flawed.

The statement is pretty straight forward. People who emphasize graphics should not even bother with consoles when PC's are so much better. And yes, I understand many people game on weak PC's. Clearly those people do not fall into the graphics category.

If you play a console game, it's like having poor eyesight for your entire life, with difficulty moving.
It's blurry and low resolution, low texture quality, poor framerates and not much in the way of things like partical effects, scaled down lighting, low quality shadows... The list goes on.

Im sorry but you are speaking about one particular PC setup. That does not represent even what 10% of PC gamers? Im sure you are aware of the Steam hardware stats?

The majority of PC gamers are NOT gaming like that.

As a PC gamer myself i notice that theres quite a big difference between mid-high setups over current gen consoles....and thats not with expensive hardware. But moving on to new consoles will level the playing field, there wont be much difference for atleast a few years.

Same applies to PS3 and 360 when they launched. There wasnt that big of difference between consoles and PC's in fact for a lot of PC gamers there STILL isnt.

Your statement is bollocks with little to no evidence to back it up.

PC's are not automatically better at graphics than consoles are. You are pretty much saying that good graphics is reserved for people who want to buy High end PC's. That is complete crap. For the next 2 - 3 years PS4 /Xbone will be the graphical benchmark in gaming to the majority of worldwide gamers. To say that only PC gamers should concern themselves with visuals is crazy.

When Gears of War came out on the 360 it was the best of the best in visuals for the majority of gamers. How many people bought Gears simply because it looked amazing? A shit load of people.

PC gaming is niche(except obviously the exceptions like LoL, Dota 2, some MMO's and Minecraft). PC gaming with HIgh end hardware is a niche of a niche. I wonder if people who say these kinda tings even think about these things?

Never said good graphics are "reserved for people who have high end PC's".

Next gen consoles might be the "benchmark" for graphics for a majority of console gamers. That's fine. Has nothing to do with what I said. I also didn't say only PC gamers should concern themselves with graphics. You made a long post but it seems you are arguing with yourself. Have fun with that.

Maybe I don't know I never saw his post history, but there are many people on the internet like that, on all sides, quite a few Xbox fans here do the same thing.
