I totally doubt it, but I'd like to see it. I think this game was underrated by many critics. Can't believe IGN gave it 7.4/10 and gave Madden 8.5/10. Actually, I can, because that's IGN for you. Still outraged though.

Maybe if Platinum started churning out W102, W103, W104 every November and changed nothing but the character skins they'd give it a good score... ;)

Indeed, that's apparently what it takes. I really like to see "different" gaming experiences to be rewarded by reviewers, rather than your standard run-of-the-mill FPS or sports game (and I'm a huge sports/shooter fan, I'm not some gaming hipster). Instead, franchises like CoD, AC, Madden, etc. can get away with mid-80 review scores for barely any innovation.

Ill wait for North America sales and see how it does this holiday before declaring it bombed. America has always been Nintendos biggest market and with the price cut+big holiday titles, Wii U lifetime sales could be double what they are currently by the end of the year and its possible this game could benefit from that. Ill go ahead and say thisngame with sell over 500k lifetime and thats enough for a sequel to be at least considered.

Same here, I'd like to see games like Rayman Legends and Wonderful 101 succeed because they do something creative, different and refreshing in this age of endless samey sports/shooter games.

well if they take the revenues W101 has and reinvest it into the franchise we may see some DLC someday.

Only after Kamiya makes his Star Fox game.

Hopefully the W101 team will start working on a new Starfox game. I hear the furries are multiplying all over the world. If Kamiya and his team can get them on board alongside old Starfox fans, they'll sell MILLIONS! (hopefully)

Someone is a little desperate to trash an unreleased game I see..

What about the game bothers you so much that you need to act like its a failure worldwide with nothing to back those claims up
Sept 15 is the release date in US

Why trolls like you aren't banned is beyond me.
You cant wait to see what actual sales are because they might prove you wrong.

I also wonder how many times you've complained Nintendo needs new IPs only to react like troll when one is announced.

Wonder what would happen if I made a topic like "With the failure of Killzone will Sony fund another game"

Good to know sales matter though. Seems it was all about just being a good game when a certain company had bomb after bomb and was in 3rd place

Lol what are you talking about?  Did you even read the OP?  I said I liked the game.  I said the review scores are not up to the standard of Nintendo IPs, that is a FACT, not my opinion.  When did I say its a failure worldwide?  I said its not selling well, that is a FACT.  I think it sold something like 30k units in Japan.  You need to calm down, snapping at me for no good reason.

You basing it not selling well on 2 days of sales in 1 region, not even waiting for worldwide sales before claiming it a failure, we dont even know what the sales are so that is hardly a "fact" by any definition of the word.Sorry but I dont see how that isnt against the posted guidelines to make up sales to fit your agenda.

2 regions* it released in EU aswell and sold about the same amount it did in Japan. 2nd week it didnt even appear in the UK top 40 chart. Just open your eyes and accept it man you are the only one left trying to say otherwise.

If the game makes a profit Nintendo will fund it.
