Retro because of the Prime series, but also Intelligent System for Paper Mario and Fire Emblem...and also EAD for Zelda...god I can't choose :O

I love the various EAD studios for the mainline Mario, Zelda, etc. but some of their side studios (and 2nd Party studios) like Retro, Monolithsoft, Game Freak, etc. are amazing. If I had to choose 1 I'd probably go with Intelligent Systems for the Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, Advance Wars series along with a few one off cool games like Pushmo, Crashmo, Dragon Quest Wars, etc. also they do WarioWare but I've never gotten into that series.

Honorable mention to Rare, the original DKC SNES games are amazing and games like Battletoads, Killer Instinct, Banjoe-Kazooie, etc. are loads of fun. They may be gone from Nintendo systems but not forgotten by this fan.

The studios that deserve the most love are definitely getting it...
So rather than stating a favorite, I would like to point out an honorable mention...
Skip Ltd...
They made most of the Art Style games...
Please play then now if you haven't already...
I hope we see more Art Style games in the future...
Oh, and they also made the Chibi-Robo games, Captain Rainbow, and another game that never made it out of Japan called Giftpia...

I can't believe Chuck Norris made the poll but Monolith didn't. If the poll had proper options I'd have a hard time choosing between EAR Tokyo, EAR Zelda and Monolith. Tough question in general though, because teams change frequently within Nintendo.
