PSASBR was a flop but still a mil sales is good! (people just compared it to SSBB sales imo)

I think W101 looks like a good game, but it had everything going against it. If it had released on all formats inc PC as a downloadable game at a $15 pricepoint I think it would have done well. But a quirky game like that trying to sell as a full £40/$50 release on a very small install base? I don't know what they were thinking.

I love games like this, but you have to be somewhat sensible when you choose your release formats and price.

Also, why is W101 Wii U exclusive? Did Nintendo 'fund' Platinum to make it?

It was always going to flop compared to SSB, they should have just ripped it off completly instead of having the supers system.

The game is a Nintendo IP (in fact it's owned by Nintendo of America oddly enough), it was just outsourced by Platinum.

Put Wonderful101 on the top of that list, its the most expensive of the lot and sold less than all of them bar Yakuza.
