Forums - Sony Discussion - Hastune Miku Project Diva series OT - Project Diva F 2nd out WORLDWIDE

Hello world!

Since there's already a pretty lively OT on GAF, I thought we might as well have one here.

As you may know (or may not know since hardly anyone cares spreading the word), Project Diva, the rythm game series featuring ultra-popular virtual idol Hatsune Miku, came west for the first time with Project Diva F on PS3 in 2013, then on PSVita in early 2014. Project Diva F 2nd reached our shores in Nov. 2014.

I KNEW you were the same person as the one with the user review in Gamespot! Your nick and avatar gave it away! :P

Unfortunately, I won't be playing it. I don't own a Ps3 (but playing with one at the moment), so if it is digital only, I can't rent it.

For those who have a Japanese account on their PSVita, you can grab the demo of Porject Diva F 2nd until Thursday.

Sadly I think the game bombed in NA so be the only time get to play the series. Still had bunch of fun though.

What makes you think that?

I have seen no numbers or it charting anywhere and Sega was tentative for years about bringing it over due to costs.  I would love to be wrong, but given Sega's hesitation bringing over other games I'd be stunned if Project Diva F did enough to make them want to bring another.
