The lack of "confirmed" in the data seems to point to a guess data and not a real one.
If is true then the Xbone have one week of advantage over PS4 in US/Canada.

his last patch of info was in fact wrong. mainly the PS4 release date
sweet the sooner the better... not to beat PS4 but because the sooner it will be available the happier I am :D
Smart to place it so close with CoD.. 3 days waiting for the next gen version isn't that hard.
Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

Xbox really will be a great system that I'm sure I'll have fun with

it wont. the only thing that will limit these consoles sales is supply. the lauch dates are maximum 2 weeks apart, it really wont make a difference. it will all come down to supply |
Yeah, it's mostly about making sure they get a few days in the limelight of media coverage before the PS4 launches. Sales won't matter as both consoles will be sold out through February anyway.

It's not like millions of people are going to suddenly pre-order cancel and jump ship. Even if they tried, good luck getting one before the other drops a little later. |
It's a matter of having a day all to your self. Hence why I don't think it launched on Nov. 5. Call of Duty will be on everyone's minds that day and better not get lost in that shuffle.
That week will definitely give them the advantage. I expect microsoft to come up first this gen.

Oh, I forgot about that. I'd imagine that the hardware has been done for awhile now. |
He said the PS4 wasn't even done, though very close. He was more critical on Xbox One making changes and being no where ready. I don't know how accurate it can be so close to the supposed launch of either console since production is probably hitting in September at the latest. Xbox One did drop 8 countries from its launch schedule and there were all those rumors of power ups and downs for it along with heating issues and all the yield issues it had early on in its development. MS just needs to announce their launch date, they should have already, makes me think it isn't set in stone.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
