The PS4 Will Fail at converting all Xbox 360 Fans to Sony. Ever Since the Ps4 was first release, friends of mine began to believe that the PS4 will take the whole Xbox Fanbase. heres a few reasons why i believe this Will not happen.

1)Micosoft exclusives, With great games like halo and gears of war that are not on any sony platforms

2) Xbox live, ever since Sony got hack many still believe that there online infrastructure is bad and that Xbox live is more reliable.

3) The Controller, many believe the Xbox 360 is the best controller since the SNES. And the Xbox one only improves on that.


So do you still believe that the PS4 will take the whole Xbox Fanbase?

I never believed this.  There are people who won't go over to the other no matter what. 

My cousin is interested in Infamous Second Son on the PS4 and is still getting an Xbox One despite not being interested in any games except for multiconsole titles.

well no shit, every console made will sell some amount of units as their is always someone that it appeals too. Even if all MS exclusives went multiplaat with Sony and it recieved 0 3rd party support it would still sell more than 0 units

All three really are opinions, not fact

1) Ps4 will have great games such as uncharted, gran turismo and kill zone that will not be on any xbox

2) Xbox live has been a rip off for years, while psn + members have had games thrown at them

3) the dual shock 2-3 over ps2-3 has been the best selling controller with a minimum of 200 million + sold, way more than its competitors, but as times change so has the ps4 controller to aim at people who like the larger 360 controller

You forgot the community. I hate Microsoft with a passion, have never touched an xbox controller and have never played any exclusive game and yet right now I would rather buy an Xbox One(I won't, PC master race is already ahead of next gen) before associating myself with *that* crowd. I'm sure that I am not the only one feeling this way. Poster above me is a good example.

 



Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

[Becuase, nothing is UNhackable?] [Have you seen some of the Steam hacks recently]

[And DS4 doesn't?] [I was pretty sure the 360 had a pretty aweful D-pad, maybe it's just me]
