Forums - Sony Discussion - PS4 Launch Line-Up (Update: 34 Titles)

Funny cause the F2P titles are as much interesting for me as the big retail releases.
Really strong launch line up in my opinion, one thing it lacks is a fighting game and maybe one bigger retail exclusive.
I can see myself spending a lot of time in War Thunder and Planetside 2 waiting for 2014 goodness!

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

Solid launch titles. Not an amazing lineup but there are great games on the way and we still have TGS hopefully for more announcements! I believe the PS4 and the Xbox One launch lineup are on par with each other.

Those are decent launch titles. Lots of multi's but that's just how it works.
Sony always ends up with an awesome library and will again for Ps4, it will just take a couple of years.

There is a reason this thread went the way it did and i believe it was 32 countries over 1 million preorders. A million before a launch date was even announced. Thats fucking insane. And why no launch date for x1? Are they still unsure and might need to delay on wvery country?

Based on my own tastes, X1 line-up is more suitable for me. But it is just my own preference. For sure, many people out there prefers PS4 line-up.

In fact, the quantity is not the problem. How many games can you buy once? I guess only 3 to 4 from them. So both line-ups of PS4 & X1 are already quite enough & solid for gamers.

Can we stop the BS or fanboy wars between MS & Sony? It looks really silly.

Awesome post. States your opinion. Justifies your reason. Acknowledges the other side is great for others. Bravo

As a gamer that buys all consoles I can easily tell you that xb1 has the best lineup for the first year of the consoles. Ps4 is okay with my fav title being second son which will arrive q1 2014 but still not enough to compete with titanfall.

I love reading these types of posts.

Clearly demonstrating that you think owning all devices gives your opinion more credence; it doesn't. It's still your opinion, totally bereft of objectivity. Others are free to have different ones as everyone is unique.

Do you understand?

Sony has proven with the PS3 that it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. I admit full out that this launch lineup is good but nothing special, but if the last three generations are anything to go by, PS4 will have the strongest lineup in a few years' time.  I can't prove this, but trends are trends, and that's what the last almost twenty years have taught me.

You don't need to be a fanboy to see that.
