Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Xbox One Marketing Machine has woken! Game Fuel, Billboards, Movie theaters and much more

Well Sony pays about the same for the Champions League Sponsorship in Europe every year since 1997 and it worked out pretty well for them.

I can't believe some guys here even doubt the effect such a sponsoring deal has. You really need to go to a marketing class and just learn the very basic stuff.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

That some pretty realistic graphics there. Which button creates that play?

I hope it's not via kinect body tracking... :-O

OT: Yeah, XB1 advertising is going to be in full force here in NA for Madden, football season - anything related to the NFL.

The main issue with the XB1 is the $100 price gap, but I think MS will respond quickly if the PS4 gets too much steam.

Library wise I think MS has the better library ... Rhyse, Dead Rising 3, and Killer Instinct at launch and then Titanfall next spring trumps Sony's exclusives. Forza/Drive Club is a wash.

Considering Sony hasn't announced the vast majority of their PS4 exlusives yet... your point is kind of moot, dont you think?

I'm sorry but what is Sony gonna announce? Your rebuttal might be moot my friend.

Can't wait to play Fifa Soccer on X1 with the new gamepad.

I have a feeling Sony is going to show ads during the World Cup next year. Biggest audience from around the world.

Yes and soccer is also bigger than football worldwide! Sony wins again! ;)

Official member of VGC's Nintendo family, approved by the one and only RolStoppable. I feel honored.

Madden 25 can be played on a ps4, hardly a win

The world doesn't have an ad culture that US does. For a week after Superbowl American TVs and  Youtube clog with re-runs of Superbowl ads.

And the world gets very enthusiastic about it.   And don't underestimate the American power of purchase.

Still I think World Cup is the bigger stage.

Why is the opposite team member hiking the ball? This is why I think Kinect is inaccurate. ::Folds arms::

I thought Sonys ad coverage in Europe was pretty large. Microsofts only hope there is if most the Fifa fans care about the extras. I doubt they are really paying attention to the internet coverage. The Xbox Live commercials might help in Europe.
