You wouldn't need a 650w or 750w quality PSU with that kind of machine, heck you could run it on a 350w PSU, the PSU it comes with however, should literally be thrown in the bin and thus look towards a Corsair/Seasonic/Enermax/Antec NeoEco etc' PSU.
But no way will you need a 650 or 750w PSU on a low-end, single GPU machine such as that, 400w would be more than enough.
The CPU however being based on AMD's Llano, is only a 2.7ghz Dual-Core equivalent to the old Athlon 2 x2's which is nothing to write home about.
The other downside is because it's a Llano APU, you can't upgrade it to much, the platform is end-of-life with socket FM2 replacing it with AM3+ in the high end, with that said the fastest CPU you could buy for it is the A8-3870K which can be found on Ebay for roughly $80 which is a Quad Core @ 3ghz. - But even when all is said and done the CPU is still going to be slower than a Phenom 2 and Core 2 Quad clock for clock.
For general use, I.E. Web browsing, Facebook, Video/Music, Flash Games and casual games it will handle it all with ease, the real cusp though is gaming and with the new generation it will more than likely struggle even at 720P in the coming years, the Radeon 6670 is just getting plain old now, even a 4 year old Radeon 5770 is substantually faster.
I suggest looking at a machine with a Core i3 or AMD FX at a minumum, get a platform which has some legs to begin with, especially the FX as they overclock like champs if you find you need more speed.
