I am bumping this because I like the idea of us all arguing about stuff in realtime.

No-one made an IRC channel, so I went ahead and did it. It only took well over a year for someone to do something really eazy!

If anyone is confused over how this ancient IRC thing works, speak up and I will add some super helpful links. I think you can do this stuff on phones, too...

There was, but we were denied the luxury for some reason. If you are not keen on downloading an IRC client, there are web-based alternatives. Mibbit is one that I can remember, and IF PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY SERIOUS, I'm sure that more options will surface.

I'll just go and get the firefox addon ChatZilla which i always used for downloading anime episodes :)

Not bad. It would be nice to have a casual chat with everyone (Skype is pretty fun for the select few, however).

Still, doesn't make any sense why it would be removed. Was it doing anyone any harm? Was it costing ioi anything? I don't believe so, and it's obvious everyone enjoyed it, so why remove it?
