Killer Insinct and Dead Rising 3 are getting very good feedback, so your projecting your personal tastes onto the line up.
Killzone doesn't interest me whatsoever, but I can see it's a quality title. Driveclub may impress, but the likelyhood it's on par or better than Forza? please, this is a proven team time and time again. And Knack, that's getting no good press, on the same level as Ryse, but at least Ryse is pretty!
Also to the guy above saying it isn't exclusive, it doesn't matter, the title says 'games line up' not exclusive line up. X1 has Zoo Tycoon (which yes, is something to shout about) and Project Spark and PS4/WiiU don't.
It's also interesting that the 'xbox' has the shooterbox image attached to it, yet it has the most diverse line up of the lot, fighter, sim, open world zombie, racer, platformer/creator and action adventure.

Any reason why you're leaving Warframe and DC Universe Online out? Oh, and allow me to introduce yout to some other PS4 launch window games since you're in the business of scraping the bottom of the barrel for "exclusives". Also, I will make this preliminary ranking of the games based on simple observation and public reaction so far:
Notice, this is just speculation of course, but I will rank the launch games as follows:
Xbone
Tier 1 Forza 5
Tier 2 DR3, KI, Project Spark, Zoo
Tier 3 Ryse
PS4
Tier 1 Killzone SF
Tier 2 DriveClub, Warframe, DCUO, OddWorld: New N' Tasty, War Thunder, BlackLight Retribution
Tier 3 Knack
Again, I see both launch lineups are pretty even, and PS4 has more games available and exclusive in 2013. So I don't know why you make such a fuss about Xbone titles, both lineups are pretty "uninspiring" to me, both of them have a pretty guaranteed good game and that's it, the rest is up for vote and I don't think any of them stand out in any special way, but PS4 does have more variety and quantity, the launch window lists are no secret you can find them on IGN.

How do you even judge games based on tier? What makes Ryse 3rd tier exactly? I'm calling it as I see it, I'm not 'scraping the bottom of the barrel' if I was I would have included Lococycle and Max: Brotherhood (The latter I think will be great but it's just too small for what I consider to make up which system has the best library) Indie and small games count are a factor but only when they're Journy, Braid and Limbo levels, else where does the buck stop, quantity alone?
I don't know why you keep ignoring Dead Rising, it may not be to your taste but it's evidently a big game, Killer Instinct and Project Spark are getting very good feedback and Ryse is being made by Crytek.
I'm not being bias here, in fact I didn't even think of PS3 earlier but now someone pointed out the games it's had this year I agree it's at the top. Your argument for PS4 Vs X1 is weak as though. They seemingly have the same amount going by your list, but your being too generous with PS4 titles when it comes to impact/quality/importance.
IMO (whatever a tier is suppose to mean)
X1
1) Forza, Dead Rising 2) Ryse, Killer Instinct 3) Zoo Tycoon, Project Spark 4) Lococycle, Max Brotherhood
PS4
1) Killzone 2) Driveclub 3) Knack, DCU, Warframe 4) Odd World, War Thunder, Black Light.
Don't underestimate Zoo Tycoon, it has a huge following (as do most of the sim genre games) and they plan to stick to its roots.
And for reference compared to those two.
PS3
1) Last of Us, GTA5, GT6, Bioshock Infinite 1.5-2) GOWA, Beyond, Tomb Raider
