Hire more people on the Japanese developers side so games like Kingdom hearts and Final Fantasy don't take so long. You don't announce a game and then 6 years later still don't release it.

1) I would have a three-year development limit on all franchise sequels. No more, no less. Make the best game you can make in 26 months. Don't rush out an unfinished product, just don't bite off more than you can chew.

2) Immediately cease development on all Final Fantasy smartphone/ tablet cash-in games. They are destroying the integrity of the brand by being obvious cash grabs, and they don't appeal to the most important consumer segment: the fans who buy $59 Final Fantasy games at midnight on launch day.

3) Have Square USA/ Europe be just for localization and distribution. No development (except Crystal Dynamics, I guess). Make it a number one priority to release as many games as possible simultaneously worldwide.

4) Bravely Default being a year and a half later in the west than in Japan is not acceptable. See number 2.

Stop messing around with Dragon quest and making it online.. and Kingdom Hearts 3 for Wii U.. oh and go ahead and make FF7 HD... for those that want it.. bring back the team that did Ogre Battle and put it back on Nintendo Systems.. and make a New Drqagon quest Monsters for the 3DS...

Pikmen 3= Little Bump to nothing. (Got Little Bump)

Wind Waker HD= Won't sell anything (The explosion happened here and at one time 4 Wii U games was in the Amazon top 100)

Super Mario 3D World= Won't help at all looks cheap. (Currently the most sought after Wii U game and continuing the Wii U increase.)

Give the Hitman: Absolution team all the resources they need, because those guys are crazy talented.

Strip down Final Fantasy to the basics, make a simple adventure, without Fal-Cie mumbo jumbo, but with next gen graphics and turn based, real strategic combat, old school, no hand holding auto battles.

1. make chrono trigger 2

2. cancel lighting returns to focus on getting final fantasy 15 out by the end of 2014

3. cancel the xbox one version of kingdom hearts 3 to focus on a Wii U port instead

4. no sequels plan for final fantasy 15

5. final fantasy 16 will be more like the first 9 games

6. make the next hitman game more like a sequel to blood money in turns of gameplay

7. remake final fantasy 6 for the 3DS and final fantasy 7 for the PS4

8. if i make a final fantasy MMO it won't be a number sequel

9.no longer have CGI cutscenes in any game to save money

10. drop support for smart phones and tablets and give more support to 3DS and vita
