Graphic wise PlayStation All Stars takes the cake. On the other hand Super Smash Bros will most defiantly have the better gameplay. From the few screenshots I have seen of Super Smash Bros I think there are better looking games on the 3DS like Mario 3D Land but I think smash bros still looks good.

Well Spurge questioned if it was in game footage so I assumed he thought it was the better looking one. That's why I chose to criticise that screenshot over the other.

Here is a slightly less spectacular Vita pic, but after playing it, I know this pic is just not very good.

 

Vita games look much better on the actual Vita screen (As I'm sure they do on the 3DS). I watched a friend play the Killzone Mercenary closed multiplayer beta recently and that game looks much better than the trailers.

what? you mean the system with 2 screens, Gyro control, 3d, touch screen, enough power to chuck out ports of ps3/360 games like SSF4? this is limited. you may wish to clarify


I meant in terms of screen resolution. 

The top screen of the 3DS has a 400 x 240 screen (800 x 240 if you count all pixels in 3D mode) 

The Vita has a 960 x 544 screen. Therefore, the 3DS is more limited resolution-wise than the Vita. That's my clarification.

Does that make the Vita better? Hell no.

I play my 3DS every day and I enjoy it. Best handheld of all time in my opinion.

Vita may have more power, but that doesn't make a great system.

 

That being said, yeah, Playstation All-Stars may have a better resolution, but 3DS smash bros will be a much better game.

I did find that weird as it clearly isn't the better looking shot.  I think the only thing he's really questioning is the background footage, which I think he may be forgeting that there was video footage of that stage being played in. So there should be no question that it is game footage.

Umm...yes? I wasn't saying it was only on Vita.

I'm not 100% sure but I think those might be screenshots of the PS3 version.
