Not sure if serious, Spurge.

And I am one of those who believes that we're all born bisexual. It's when you grow up, the hormones, the people that surrounds you, the education you get and the influence of the world and the media onto you that end up definning what you'll be.

Note: This is not meant to be a bad thread. This is a celebration of the Human Spirit and what we can accomplish with the right circumstances. If you have a problem with gay people then stay the fuck out of this thread!

Because you are probably an asshole. But I do not know for sure, I am not calliing anyone an ass hole.

But it is a bad thread..

Not much an evolution because they generally won't have off springs and so the genes die with them, there are also people that will never come out of the closet and there are bi-sexuals so they won't be completely wiped off the earth. I'm speaking out of logic of course since I'm straight and I have no problems with same sex relations in real life.

Same logic could be applied to serial killers (psychopaths), diseases, drought and famine, storms and harsh weather conditions. They could all be control mechanisms for the population

Without order nothing can exist - without chaos nothing can evolve.

It's just an opinion but homosexuality is offensive to all human senses. It's blatantly unnatural (and no, just because it occurs doesn't make it natural).

It's not an evolution because it has occured for as long as we have been on the planet. It is a societal evolution though; one which proceeds pari passu with progressive liberalism and atheism.

But this is what the whole Gay revolution has done for our society. Soon no one will be afraid to come out of the closet anymore. Not even R. Kelly, but he will probably actually go to jail if he does. But all jokes aside, this is a new world where the only thing you have to be afraid of is the AMerican Government, Walmart, Gang Members, and killer bees. Fear is dead! Celebrate with me Bro!

Not really, America as a continent is still very tight assed about it in general and that's not accepted in more close minded areas or certain beliefs. Not even Europe is fully open even though they are more advanced compared to America in general. Then there is the rest of the world. Homosexual rights has a long way to go. Take for example, you'd think the Women's rights movement was a great thing, but even to this day A LOT of men see them as objects or prey, and for the most part they are still opressed or not treated with respect in the world, and that shit started in the US in the 1800's.

^This. Personally I think that the fact many older civilisations that accepted homosexuality had higher proportions of homosexual people shows just how true this is.

Evolution is a series of entrenched changes that proved to be successful, while being gay is a deviation.

Answering your actual post, no. There's femine for that when there's lack of resources, see death rates in Africe for example over last century. Or Europe in 18-19th centuries, femines on regular basis with deathtoll of hundred thousands or even millions weren't so uncommon in traditional agricultural economy.
