So I need one more time help from my fellow nintendo gamers. 

8GB Wii U is at only 200$ in Canada this week so I was planning to buy it now. 

Now I hate to buy digital and I don't buy old  games on wiichannel since I own all others Nintendo consoles (and yeah I already own Earthbound ;) ). 

So is that deal one that I shouldn't miss???

Go get it now ! , 200$ is pretty cheap. A lot of great games will come out this year and next year.
If u want some suggestions for games u should get, i'd say get :
Zombie U :one of the best survival horror games of all time.
Lego City Undercover: A lot of unlockables, Hilarious characters, 20 hour adventure , enjoyable story.
Nintendo Land : One of the best party games i have ever played, get it only if u have some people to play with.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate if u dont have it already
and lastly Pikmin 3 when it comes out August 4th

I'd say get it now while it's cheap, especially considering it is about to approach a booming period. I would only worry about the 8GBs. It means not alot of space, no digital downloads which I guess you don't mind but it can easily be upgraded.

Yes, go get it. Even after their inevitable price cut this year, the new price will still be higher than that.

Yeah, $200 is 150 less than I paid for it.

Get Earthbound and a lot of VC games, and wait for Pikmin3.

8 GB, wow you're going to need an external hardrive.

But 8GB is basically enough to save a couple of games files (not to download them of course).

I'm thinking of purchasing only retail copies of game so I guess a cheap SD card will do the trick at some point?

That's not too bad at all. I'd say go for it at that price (and this stands for everyone).

Now is a good time, especially at that price. Plenty of exclusives coming out between now and April next year. I can't recommend ZombiU though. It's not that bad, but it's not that good either.
