Why do people talk like this on the internet all of the time?  No, let's do it this way:  why do YOU talk like this?  Unless you have factual, official confimation that it is indeed a timed exclusive, then your statement is purely supposition and should be identified as such instead of stating it as a fact and calling Microsoft and EA liars.

Our communication as a species would be so much more effective if we didn't do it in this way ...

EA said - "We haven't communicated anything on that, and I can't comment on that right now" 

The only scenario where these comments are made is one where Titanfall is a timed exclusive. If Titanfall was an exclusive, these comments would not make sense.

For the record, the full quote from EA Vice-Director Patrick Söderlund per Eurogamer (http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2013-06-12-will-titanfall-ever-come-to-playstation-respawn-and-ea-weigh-in):

"We haven't communicated anything on that, and I can't comment on that right now," Söderlund replied, before adding: "We're proud to be exclusive to Xbox."

While short of saying "it's never ever coming to the PS4" (which would honestly be foolish for many reasons), there's nothing commital there to it being a timed exclusive.  But I do agree now that it IS a possibility.

LOL @ all of these replies. Yes, The Witness was always said to be a PS4 timed exclusive. But Blow also went out of his way to make it apparent there was no guarantee it would ever see the light of day on MS's console. Now we know it is coming.

And who cares. The game could get 97 Metacritic scores and I would not buy it based solely on his childish trolling of Twisted Pixel and Lococycle from E3.

That seems pretty petty and childish.

Great now I have an image of you as a little kid choking back sobs as he tells his mother that he won't play with little Timmy down the street because Timmy said that his dad was cooler than yours.

If you wanted the console that was going to give you nearly all of the games you wanted and the competition only had a single game that you would want, would you drop hundreds of dollars just for that one game? What happens if it does go to the console you originally wanted? This is the way many people look at it. I know some people who are buying an Xbox One but would kill to have Infamous: Second Son or Killzone: Shadow Fall on it but they're not going to change their minds just because of one game.

I know right? It is pretty childish for a guy to crap on another developer and their game just for their own agenda.
