Awesome and achievements don't mix in my opinion.

While I like the sound of nice new achievement notifications, the guy in charge of PR thinks that what he is meant to be promoting is good.... How surprising

He is just a PR guy but man, he is like the only one on the xbox one team who is kind of sympathic.

Larry actually mentioned Uncharted 2 as one of his games of the year on his podcast for the Xbox 360.
He made an interview with the scribblenauts developers and gave them a chance to promote their game on his show, because he really liked that game.
He congratulated Naughty Dog for shipping The Last of Us and the great responses it got.

I can't think of anyone in this industry who does something like this.
