I have heard that this game is very fun for kids and new gamers, I am not gonna bash a game that gives others happiness just because it does not line up with my taste.



End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

I just don't understand the hate. Oh no the game is not for you.

What I do know is that two women at my work (ages 26,28) took the time to hunt down a Wii over the holidays so they could play this game. They talk about it more than I talk about the Wii.

They specifically like Skeeball. I like WiiSports Tennis. I don't see much difference except sport of choice.

I think people need to rethink what it takes to make a popular game. What people don't realize is that ....shocker.... those people everyone thought "Bought the Wii for only WiiSports" want to buy more games. And I am sorry to say those people want to use significant mtion control. So they are going ot gravitate to Carnival Games. M&S, WiiPlay, Mario Party etc. As much as I love Galaxy that gameplay will not appeal to them anymore than Mario 64 or Sunshine did, same with Zelda and all they other motion take-on games.



Final* Word on Game Delays:

The game will not be any better or include more content then planned. Any commnets that say so are just PR hogwash to make you feel better for having to wait.

Delays are due to lack of proper resources, skill, or adequate planning by the developer.

Do be thankful that they have enough respect for you to delay the game and maintain its intended level of quality.

I pity all who asked for SMG or Z&W and got this game for Christmas.
