What are you talking about... The reason is that after the MS DRM reversal, everyone started cancelling their ps4 preorders and started ordering XBones...

 

as a result that freed up thousands or consoles which are now being made available....   PS4 never truely sold out...

^If preorders were cancelled then it would have freed preorders up when they were cancelled to be purchased again.  It wouldn't be a month later.  So those cancelled preorders have already been repurchased.  These would be new.

I wish I could buy a launch day system rather than a bundle.  I want to get the free games on PS+ and wait until Watch Dogs has a price drop and Infamous Second Son comes out.  Haven't ordered yet, but do you guys think getting the standard edition bundle would get me a PS4 before the first month PS+ games change?

Many people cancelled their ps4 preorders after the 180, making ps4 preorders available again. I still think ps4 will sell more anyway.

I know many people that cancelled their bestbuy and amazon preorders because of the drm reversal. I guess people change their minds easily.

Then why is the xbone about to get kicked out of the top 100 best seller list on Amazon while PS4 is continuously in the top 3?

People may have cancelled the ps4 orders with the plan to eventually buy the xbox, even though they haven't ordered

That said i dont believe that to be the case with this, as this appears to be a new wave of supply

do you have ps+ already for ps3 or psvita?

if so it doesn't really matter if you get a ps4 at launch or not.  go to the sony entertainment network store and "buy" all the ps4 ps+ games from there.  once you get a ps4 all the ps+ content will be there waiting for you to download it.

Like I said above, that would mean that it took PS4 a longer time to sell out than it should have taken. It actually works against people's arguments.


hmm i think im followin you but alsoconfusing myself this morning.  I'm sure some people have cancelled orders tho but its not some large number that people are saying.
