Nintendo knows what they are doing..

But i just read the post in this tread.. many hatters.. (or payd to hate)

I mean.. Nintendo have made this for a long time.. they won last gen.. have the most value ip's.. and they show with 3ds, that even in a world gone "portable" they still on top..

Please.. we all know the "it's childish" "it kill you eyes" "the tablet is a gimmick and "nintendo are doomed" we are the same people seeing it day after day..

Sales in Europe are said to be the worst out of the three and much worst than US. I know there are other regions it's sold in but I don't believe it's enough to put it over 3m sell through WW.

VGChartz numbers...

USA - 1.24 Million
Japan - 960k
Europe - 676k

Combined - 2.87 Million

Worldwide - 3.2 Million

I can see ~300k Wii U systems sold outside of the 3 main markets. Not long left to find out really. Honestly wouldnt surprise me if it was less than 100k Wii U's shipped in the Quarter.

I don't think Nintendo will post a loss.

The Wii U selling awful actually works in their favor, as they take a loss on the console. So the less they ship ~= the less they lose. While the 3DS selling greatly works heavily in their favor, as it is now profitable.
