It uses a combination of facial expression, heart rate, skin temp and vocal intonation to detect mood.

So if you just played a sports game on the Kinect and get tired, will the kinect say you are angry?

No, because your facial expressions and tone of voice would be normal(ish).

The controller profile recognition sounds pretty cool. My friends and I play fighting game all the time before heading out to the movies/dinner etc and I cannot play default controller setting. Does the XboxOne have an better d-pad? The 360 one was kinda rubbish.

well, considering the fact that it's a rip-off of Nintendo's style of D-pads (if it wasn't a ripoff already as Nintendo invented it XD), it looks pretty good

Hope it delivers then. There hasn't been a 'perfect' fighting game pad since the Saturn imo.

Yes, the fixed the Dpad. It's a big plus now.

And the little nubbyness on the sticks is nice too.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Nice! It looks a bit too big for my hand but I think that's just the image? I had the same impression with the 360 controller when I first saw it but as soon as I had it in my hand I realise that its ergonomic design was near flawless.

Speaking of controllers, I really wish they allowed the usage of 360 controllers for the One.

Well, on my screen, the controller is about 20-30% bigger than it is in real life!

When I held it, it was very, very familiar.  It is very similar to the current Xbox 360's, very similar in size, but a little bit better in feel. The nubbies on the sticks are great, the weight is a bit less, but it still feels solid, and the tiny play you can sometimes get on the current controller's sticks is gone.  And this is with the power off.

On you get to feedback triggers, they are neat in the demo, can't wait to play them in a real game.

Oh, and those buttons really look beautiful in real life.  They are clear, with the A,B,X,Y in colour - it looks like you are looking into them - like a fancy acrylic paperweight or glass sculpture.  It looks premium and kinda sexy - for buttons.
