No deal. Thats just the review copies that were sent out. People who didnt get a review copy will choose their platform, but considering the game can takea long time to finish youll see reviews trickling in for the next few weeks on different platforms.
Again though. Games are the same game on all platforms.

I dont think people focus on what platform something is reviewed so much. From what Ive seen, most people who focus on reviews are hardcore and those are the ones that knows available platforms.
