- Have you secured a publisher? , if yes, ignore the next question
- What do you think of Kickstarter? adding and expanding the team?
- How is your team structured ? how many working on what?
- Blender ? Why not ZBrush?
- Unity ?
- Who's writing? , Who's composing? , I always wanted to do any of these.

Kickstarter is OK. Need to see more of it, though. Team may expand before the project is complete. We really don't want a huge team for this game, believe it or not, but whatever help is needed will be applied as best we can.

As follows: 3D Modeller/Artist x3, Concept Artist x2, Producer and Associate Producer, Programmer x4, Level Designer, Sound Designer, QA Tester, and Lead Designer.....which is me.

ZBrush is one of the programs we'll be using to finalize the models. Each character, right now, is about 50% of what they'll upon completion.

I'm doing the writing and with the aid of my Sound Designer, composing as well.

that's an interesting looking gun... From the description/setting I'm kinda surprised that there is a gun at all TBH. Is it a toy? Do you have to bluff them?

I'm sorry to say I am not really feeling the look of the game so far. The models look like manikins or something at the moment. They are clearly high poly and detailed but the textures and shading let it down IMO. I assume that you haven't got to the point where you are doing facial animation etc, and won't for a long time if the game is going to be 2015 but facial expressions could really make and break a game going for character driver drama. I feel that the Walking Dead game by TellTale do a good job with their facial animations even with relatively simple character models.

I know I am being pretty critical in this thread and I understand that it's still very early WIP, so I don't mean to offend or anything. But just my current thoughts on what you have shown so far. Still looking forward to seeing how this develops, and wish you all the luck in the world. And the work is far better than anything I could ever do.
