I am disappointed with insomniac not because of them making M$ exclusives but because they have become a pretty crappy developer over the years.

Resistance? meh
Ratchet games? Meh. I do however like a Crack in Time. One of the best games this gen. Deserves more sales. This new ratchet looks to be like that so i am going to purchase it. Lets see how goo they really are

Resistance: Fall of Man: 4.16M. I enjoyed this game at the time
Resistance 2. 2.37M. Was really hyped. Played the game couldn't finish it
Resistance 3. 1.31M. Tried the demo, thought it was decent. Didnt purchase encase it was like no2

Ratchet n Clank:TOD 2.43M. Played it, was ok nothing special.
Ratchet n Clank:CIT 1.71M. Played it and loved it: almost didnt get because of the other mediocre RnC games
RnC: All 4 one 1.01M. Tried demo did not like it. Horrible game.
RnC: Quest 4 Booty 0.58M. Was pretty much like a worse version of Tools of Destruction.
RnC: Full frontal Assault 0.13M. Didn't bother with it in the slightest. (tower defense game is it not?)

Out of 8 games. I only truly fully enjoyed one and really liked another. One of the pluses for Insomniac is how fast they release games. Probably the reason for the poor quality.

If it is a good game I will buy it, simple :P

I love Ratchet & Clank, if the game looks good: SOLD I'm not fanboy of companies, I'm a fan of video games.

Loved Tools of Destruction and A Crack in Time...the last two games felt a bit side storieish so I didn't bother with them. But this one looks like it'll be good ol' fun, so definitely looking forward to it. My only gripe with Insomniac is how they mishandled what could have been one of the greatest shooters of this gen.

Fanboys being fanboys. Nintendo fanboys would hate Miyamoto if he started making Sony exclusives - "Well he hasn't been good since n64 anyway."

Don't get fanboys mixed up for the rest of the fanbase which are usually decent people who just happen to lean in one direction for a time because that direction pleases them best. Fanboys are crazy idiots.

I'm not interested in the game because I'm just not interested in their games, but the people who are avoiding this game aren't hurting Insomniac, they're hurting Sony. For exclusive titles, Sony usually pays the development costs for Insomniac Games titles.

Don't see the point in Insomniac jumping ship when they pretty much had all their funding covered. They won't allow Sony to purchase them, but they have no problem using Sony's money to make games.  Sony did sort of luck out though.  They've released a lot of crap even according to fans lately.

Forget about the betrayal and Insomniac, THIS IS RATCHET AND CLANK!

I love Ratchet and Clank and I still think that Insomniac is capable of making good games. Unless the game turns out horrible I'll definitely buy.
