I have my copy. Gotta go back and finish it. Right now, I'm really hooked on The Last Story. Xenoblade is supposed to be so much better so I'm excited about giving it another go. Is it worth a lot more, now?

Its worth $200-300...You lucky mother f...

Seriously?  I didn't even really like it!  Too many tutorials.  I was trying to rush through it, though.  That's awesome news!

You know if you don't like it, I could do you a favor and take it off your hands ;).

Make more copies! I'd like to play it, but I don't want to pay a ridiculous amount for it.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

You are telling me that you think there might/should be a chance that Nintendo of America would actually do something that makes at least a little amount of sense? Who are you kidding?!

But yes, they should do this. Making more copies for the people waiting to buy one not ridiculously priced outweighs the people who are trying to sell it for a ridiculous price second hand. (For Nintendo.)

Xenoblade is a slow burn. If you're playing the game hoping to indulge yourself with a top-notch story, you're going to have to wait almost half the game until the plot is finally moving at a decent speed. If you're like me, spending eight hours in the first area just because you're compelled to find all of the landmarks and maybe do a few quests (while enjoying the music because it's awesome), then Xenoblade is the perfect game for you.

Try to con Attaboy into giving you his copy.

Here's an idea

Remake in HD (just updated HD textures and maybe gameplay tweaks) release on Wii U e-shop, but make it a bonus game if you pre-order monoliths new game "X"

I already said that on the 1st page...but yeah that would be a great idea!!!!

better yet...release the game (HD or not) as a downloadable/physical copy bonus for when X comes out!!! They could package it with the first and second print of the game. Now that would be marketing a game done right!!! Speaking of which they could do the same for Bayo2 and package the original version (which will cost almost Platinum or Nintendo nothing on the eShop) for those who buy Bayo2 on release date or close to it. Then they could sell the game to those who missed out on the first printing of Bayo2 out on the eShop for $15-20 as a downloadble!!! C'mon somebody needs to bring this up to Kamiya and Nintendo's marketing team!!!

@happygamer

here's the quote.

Wii is very cheap to buy now, a Xenoblade reprint will make a lot of ppl imo to buy a new console just to play this game, Xenoblade HD remake for Wii U on the other hand although it will be good for those who already own a Wii U it wont do much to move new consoles because who is going to spent 350 $ on a new console when there is nothing else interesting on that console? & when the "real" next generation consoles r just few months away? So I vote for reprint of Xenoblade for Wii this will be the best for all those people who haven't play yet this gem, btw I own the CE of the game & I suggest to every JRPG fan out there to give it a try, I'm sure it will be worth your time I spent almost 200 hours on my first play-through that's how much addictive this game is, I couldn't stop playing :D

What would be the point of remaking it for Wii U? X is coming out next year. I'd rather see it reprinted with the next wave of Nintendo Selects Wii games.

Its a highly desirred game, reprinting it for the Wii U will make people who were on the fence buy the console.  Also if the story in X is linked or continues the story from Xenoblade they need to do it or people will be lost.

Did you finish Xenoblade? Trust me, even if X takes place in the same world (and I think it will), playing Xenoblade will not be necessary to understand the story. Everything is resolved at the end of Xenoblade.

If X wasn't coming until 2015 or later, I could see a potential benefit to remaking it for Wii U. But as it stands with a 2014 release window, there's no reason to push a remake out less than a year before the sequel's release. There's no way an uprezzed Xenoblade would be more of a system seller than X.
