By way of analogy you could argue if it's doable to kill the alien spider if it annoyed you, you can also kill a living person who does the same, and argue similarly ad infinitum.

it's not like abortion because the aborted baby wouldn't be concious yet, but the head would,so if it's intelligent enough to know it's dying and has the will to live, it should be a crime and everyone should wait the time to the head to get out of his body.
