Probably Pulp Fiction for the awesome dialogue and all the memorial quotes, but I agree Pan's Labyrinth is a great movie.

Also Titanic is over rated..

The Lord of the Rings trilogy (not one film, I know)

-because it's basically almost perfect (well, I guess it isn't 100% perfect like Casablanca or Citizen Kane, but I still like it the most)

I do like a lot of the movies mentioned in this thread too. Gladiator is just beautiful, and the animation/effects in Advent Children rock.
