I remember Miyamoto showing interest in making another mario game on wii. (The last nintendo console that had gotten more than one mario game was the snes.)

This is just pure speculation with no proof, oh well.
The question is when will these games come out, not if they will, although in time these series will have to end (will they?) although you titles seem to make sense, although SSB might go to "skirmish" next

new smash bros will hit ds, nintendo usually give one franchise per console.

i think new mario game would be mario rpg just like zelda TP, or maybe miyamoto was thinking about that baseball game when he was talking about new mario?

by mario games do you mean like mario party, mariokart, papermario, or just platformers.
