For this new year I thought about doing something. Here's a list of all the Steam games I've played and how much:

That equals to 90 days and about 18 hours.

The plan is to check it out again periodically (but not every month), to see how it changes.

Where can I see how much I played Steam games this year? I only see the total.

Also, how are you playing Borderlands without me?

So...Best RPG of 2017 and Divinity: Original Sin II is not even nominated...game that is 5th best ranked game of 2017 on Meta and has 93% just like Persona 5.

I know that this site is heavily console-centric, but sometimes it's really getting beyond ridiculous.

Because it's a PC game. I've hardly seen many if any PC games ever winning Goty tbh.

I'd love for a completely separate GOTY awards for PC games. At least then we'd see differing results.

I imagine DoS will suddenly matter and be lauded as awesome once it reaches the other systems in time, just like with Witcher 3 and how the series didn't matter since 1-2. 

Divinity is quite a niche game though. It's a great game but without mainstream appeal. GOTY should also have some impact on the public and the industry and not just be a quality game. And while PUBG is absolute trash it probably has more right to be called GOTY than Divinity would ever have.

It's a 19200/2400 MHz set, and there are five sets available, so our chances to win are... well, five times higher.

That's my total playtime, for the seven almost eight year's I've been on Steam. I don't really know if we can see how much we've played on a given year.

And I played Borderlands several years ago, and in single player...

Hm... My list won't be as impressive then, since my Steam account is literally as old as Rocket League.

My list feels kinda weird. I only have 9 games that I played longer than 30h. Rocket League leads with 2074h and the next game is Borderlands 2 with 81h. I wish I got Steam earlier. I could add so many hours from before my Steam time. Gothic 3 is clocked at 41h and Borderlands 1 isn't even listed. My cumulative time with Gothic 3 is probably over 300h and Borderlands 1 is easily over 100h. Borderlands 2 should be at at least 150h. Good old times when I actually had time to excessively play gigantic singleplayer games.

I've played Borderlands twice, but the first time I did it was with a physical copy, so my total amount could easile be almost twice that of the list.

In any case, I just made that list for fun, to see what game or genre I played the most during the year.
