Every now and then I check whether this thread is still alive. I'm not sure why but it's weirdly touching to always see his thread still active after my brother passed away. So thankyou.

Well, we never had an official confirmation, but given how active he was, it was strange to see him disappear from VGC, Twitter and Steam all of a sudden.

And yes, it's very sad.

To lighten the mood:

EA finally bundled the Mass Effect 2 + 3 DLCs and put them on Origin... no need to buy them separately for BioWare points anymore.

Sure, both bundles are still overpriced, but I'm expecting a price cut in one of the next Origin sales.

I heard very good things about Lair of the Shadow Broker, but never got to play any of those DLCs because EA decided to not make a GOTY/Complete edition of the Mass Effect games. I'll be looking forward possible sales but with no hurry, I'm not going to play them again anytime soon.
