Intel is calling the Core i9-7980X ‘the first TeraFLOP CPU. (Quoted from Anandtech.)
But that is likely due to the AVX-512 logic.

Skylake-X is going to have an overhauled cache hierarchy, should be a good 5% boost in IPC over regular Skylake.

And that table is likely wrong. All Core i9 processors will have 44 PCI-E Lanes.
The Chips with 28 PCI-E Lanes are actually Core i7 chips. (Aka. 7800X and 7820X.)
