Yeah its 80% off right now - so more likely we'll see a similar deal - I wouldnt be surprised if we see it on a future humble bundle sometime late in 2016 lol.

But ya I hope they learned from this experience and cant wait for news on DS3!!

Black Ops III on the other hand...

Damn I haven't seen that many issues with an MP shooter in a while.

ooooh nelly I'm gonna have to take some time getting mine calculated.

I wish Steam would let you personally number your top face games so that way I could replace what I thought was in the top 10 spot to the 25 number slot. Also it would allow for my friends to see what my top 25 are and choose some of those games to pruchase if they feel my taste is as close to theirs. Would also love for a top 25 games with the ability to set a challenge for each game via the achievements/badge system, would certainly give more worth to the top 25 system, in general.

Nordic games actually sent me a key for Darksiders 2 DE on Steam :O!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How did you get this? O_O

I believe because he has both DSI and DSII, he gets DSII DE for free.

So far DSII is only showing as 20% off for me, I only own DSI though. Definitely going to wait for a winter sale and more patches, same with Fallout 4.

Congrats! Since I didn't have the DS2 Season Pass, I spent the 6 € for the upgrade.

But ain't it great when you get a better version for free or a few bucks on Steam or GOG.com?

  • The Vanishing of Ethan Carter Redux (Unreal Engine 3 -> 4)
  • Ether One Redux (Unreal Engine 3 -> 4)
  • Dreamfall Chapter Redux (Unity 4 -> 5)
  • Wasteland 2 -> Wasteland 2: Director's Cut
  • Tex Murphy: Overseer (CD version -> DVD version with much better videos)
  • Deus Ex: Revision
  • Dirt 3 -> Dirt 3: Complete Edition (when they ditched GfWL)
  • Deus Ex: Human Revolution: Director's Cut
  • Metro 2033 Redux
  • Metro Last Light Redux
  • Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition

On consoles, you often have to pay much more for an upgrade to the remastered version.

Congrats on your gift Basil. Maybe Nordic realized that it was a mistake to not extend that offer to all the Steam users who have both DarkSiders games.

Oh, and for me it shows a 80 % Sale, which is odd because accordingto them, I should have it for free:

http://steamcommunity.com/games/50650/announcements/detail/767096480697874508

  • All people who have bought the old Darksiders Frachise pack have the Deathintive Edition automatically unlocked in their library.
  • All people who have at least Darksiders II in their library will get 80 % discount on the new Deathinitive Edition during the first week.
  • All newbies to the franchise not owning the Franchise pack or Darksiders II will get a 20 % release discount for the first week.

And my list of 25 most played games is (not a pic, sorry):

  1. Anno 1404_ 270h (and I got it this past Summer Sale... *yikes*)
  2. Civ V_ 170h
  3. X-COM_116h
  4. Borderlands_ 84h
  5. Titan Quest_ 62h (and I haven't finished it. I'll have to start it again. Someday...)
  6. Saints Row: The Third_ 60h
  7. Borderlands 2_ 48h (again, I haven't finished it. There's something about this game that puts me off)
  8. Age of Empires II HD_ 42h (if only I knew the hours I spend with the original game)
  9. Sleeping Dogs_ 36h
  10. Saints Row IV_ 33h
  11. Darksiders II_ 27h (I couldn't finish the game as my character got stuck. I'll also have to start over again)
  12. Darksiders_ 27h
  13. Alan Wake_ 25h
  14. Prison Architect_ 22h (that many? Colour me surprised)
  15. FTL_ 21h
  16. Game Dev Tycoon_ 20h
  17. RAGE_ 19.7h
  18. The Witcher 2_ 19.3h (but I only made it to chapter 2. I'll have play it again and finish it this time)
  19. Batman. Arkham City GOTY_ 19.1h (I'm not sure if I finished it, and I don't care)
  20. Half-Life 2_ 17.5h (no, I haven't finished this one either)
  21. Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY_ 16.4h
  22. Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee_ 15.6h
  23. Broken Sword 5_ 15.5h
  24. Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus_ 15.5h
  25. Cities XXL Platinum_15h

Valkyria Chronicle would be my 26th with 14.9h, but it will soon rise to the top 20.

Nodric Games has released Impossible Creatures Steam Edition, an old strategy game that had the gimick of creating hybrids of two animals.

  • Set in a fantastic 1930s world, “Impossible Creatures” is a 3-D, real-time strategy game by Relic Entertainment the creators of Homeworld, Dawn of War and Company of Heroes that pits the player against an evil villain in a desperate campaign across a chain of remote and diverse islands. Using Earth’s most formidable animals as building blocks, the player must create an army of genetically-altered mutant monsters in a titanic struggle to protect an unsuspecting world.

    Steam Edition Features:
    • Fully remastered to work with modern systems
    • Insect Invasion, Mod SDK (C++) and all patches included
    • Re-implemented multiplayer and NAT traversal for a smooth online experience
    • Steam Friend invite implemented
    • Steam cloud support
This brings back memories, I really liked this game.

Also ya'll PC gamers have so many hours on ya'll games D:

My most played game is 160 hours lol - I gotta get my game on ;)

Please don't believe my playtimes for most games: https://steamdb.info/calculator/76561197971115174/?cc=us

Since I'm often too lazy to close the games when I'm not at my computer (I just put the PC in sleep mode) or some games are running in the background (farming Steam trading cards) while I play some other game or do other stuff, most of my playtimes are way off.

Around 150 - 200 hours each for Skyrim, Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas should be right.
