I don't know if I'll take part of it. Last year I had a lot of troubles because of Steam's stupid policy about gifting games between diferent regions.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

Yeah that's somethign Steam had as an ace against all the other clients and since then they've gone two steps back which leaves us with no client that allows us to do such now =/.

And the worse part is that I'm from Europe, and we certainly aren't the cheapest place to buy games. If I were from Russia or other country with cheap(er) prices then I could somehow understand it, but being from Europe I don't know what's the problem.

Oh, and the gifts were for zarx, in New Zealand.

To be fair I live in the UK, I don't exactly pay full price for day 1 games and seemingly have a set budget for certain genres and devs in general. That and I simply wait for sales down the line thanks to ye old backlog.

Other EU places and Russia especially get fucked over pretty hard and that needs to be sorted now rather than decades later.

Same here ;o

Though majority of my games that I get are from Humble Bundles, Indie gala bundles, Bundle Star Bundles, etc.

The only time I usually shop on Steam's store is during the summer and christmas sales. I cant imagine the places in the EU and Russia - those prices are insane :X. Dat and the region locking mess.

We are more or less the luckier ones in the EU state I'd say. I should also really start looking more into those humble bundles though since you can easily gift those off to others as well and choose for yourself.

Really hope this years Winter sale is better than the last one and I for the life of me can't seem to care for those little mini game things Valve tries injecting into each sale (the oens to get you to give them more money and make it feel like you're doing something worthwhile).

Yes! They are worth it @ humble bundle.

Lol reminds me that every Xmas my folks ask me what I want and I mention Steam wallet vouchers each time =P.

Now you all can play some Sonic action on the PC!

It's asking me for login info lol.

I'm probably going to wait a week for reviews and port reports/benchmarks before I even think of possibly buying it.

This is also meant to be another one of Sega's proper attempt snad giving !uality PC ports", so I do hope it pans out well.

Something that AMD has previously struggled with in the graphics market is the software and drivers. While they worked, a lot of users experienced problems and that put a bad taste in a large portion of the enthusiast community. This new rebrand hopes to change things with the discontinuation of the Catalyst software and introduction of Radeon/ FirePro settings.

We will see the first introduction of Radeon settings in the form of Radeon Software Crimson Edition before the end of the year.

@JEMC, That AMD news is good news for the competition. I can definitely see myself going RED team after this 980 is done in a few years.
