I know very wishful thinking but if the cooler on the 3080TI really going to cost that much I really hope they offer a option that has a decent waterblock without sacrificing temperature/price over installing my own. I can buy a heat killer 4 2080TI waterblock (arguably the best one out there for 2080ti) for $150 so it within the budget if they spending $150 on the air cooling system.

Unfortunately I probably be force to buy a card with one of these new coolers + a waterblock and install it my self like in the past.

With a bit of luck, it can be the new Founders Edition "tax" from a couple gens ago and cards from third parties, with their own (better?) coolers will be cheaper.

New rumours suggest that it could be Persona 4 Golden and not Persona 5. (Least not yet anyway)

Interesting move.

Maybe it's easier to port Persona 4 given that it's a PS3 game and it will be a cheaper way to gauge the interest of the series on PC. Or maybe they're giving the PS4 version a year of exclusivity before launching it on another platform. Who knows.

Whatever the case, I think this is the first time a main line persona game is being ported outside of PlayStation! May not be the latest and greatest but it is a sign of what's to come!

Sea of Thieves is now the top trending game on Steam
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/sea-of-thieves-is-now-the-top-trending-game-on-steam/
It has been a couple of years since the initial release of the multiplayer pirate game, Sea of Thieves. The game is now available on Steam, and it’s already the top trending title.
Sea of Thieves has reached a 43,848 all-time player peak, which is quite impressive for such a title. Also, the game is not cheap. It costs 40 dollars, which is a bit much for a 2018 title. Even so, Steam users are quite pleased with the game, and that is probably why it has received a ‘very positive’ rating.

The number of games on offer has also grown: A new round of additions has brought the total number of games in the bundle to more than 1,000. There's just under a week left to pick it up.

Destiny 2: Beyond Light is coming this September and will let players wield the Darkness
https://www.pcgamer.com/destiny-2-beyond-light-announced/
The next stage of Destiny's sprawling multi-year saga kicked off today with Season of Arrivals, which is live now. Beforehand, Bungie gave us a live stream detailing plans for the game spanning the next three years, starting with the Beyond Light expansion on September 22. This will be the first instalment in a three-year trilogy of expansions telling the story of the Guardians climactic fight with the Darkness. Each of these major expansions will add a new destination area to the game.

Alongside three new major expansions, Bungie has also announced plans for something called the Destiny Content Vault. It's essentially a rotational retirement scheme for older content, that will launch alongside Beyond Light on 22 September, which sees "less actively played" destinations and activities cycled out of the live game to make room for both new stuff, and older stuff returning from Destiny 1.

Re:Turn - One Way Trip trailer showcases a bizarre 2D horror adventure
https://www.pcgamer.com/return-one-way-trip-trailer-showcases-a-bizarre-2d-horror-adventure/
First-person horror games like Amnesia and Outlast are great, but less obviously-immersive styles of games can do very interesting things with the genre too. The top-down Darkwood is fantastically freaky, the sidescrolling platformer The Final Station has a wonderfully creepy ambiance, and the retro point-and-click adventure The Last Door is a genuinely unsettling tale of Victorian-era evil.
Re:Turn - One Way Trip, unwieldy title aside, looks like it might pull off something similar. A 2D horror-adventure rendered in 16-bit style, it tells the tale of five college friends who embark on a camping trip to celebrate graduation. But things take a dark turn when one of them awakens in the middle of the night to find that everyone else has disappeared: Lured deeper into the woods, she stumbles across an abandoned train, and falls into a bizarre journey between the past and the present, filled with dark mysteries and danger.

Resident Evil games on Steam no longer have ultra-long, randomly capitalized titles
https://www.pcgamer.com/resident-evil-games-on-steam-no-longer-have-ultra-long-randomly-capitalized-titles/
Resident Evil is called Biohazard in Japan, which used to be a bit of trivia that fans of the series could enjoy knowing. And then a few years ago it became hard not to know, because nearly every Resident Evil game on Steam included both the English and Japanese titles—with wildly inconsistent use of lowercase and capitalized letters to boot.

As of yesterday, our library organization nightmare is over. As noticed by Reddit poster Comboxer, the titles all changed this week, and now include only the localized English game names. The playful use of caps lock has also been removed.

Hardspace: Shipbreaker's latest trailer shows how zero-g space salvaging can go very, very wrong
https://www.pcgamer.com/hardspace-shipbreakers-latest-trailer-shows-how-zero-g-space-salvaging-can-go-very-very-wrong/
Hardspace: Shipbreaker's latest trailer shows how life as a spaceship salvager isn't quite as glamorous as it may sound.
The trailer shows all the exploding, zero-g-tumbling, and minor head trauma that comes with ripping apart abandoned spaceships. It reminds me of the movie Gravity, except it's entirely your own fault when you're ejected into the black vastness of space.

https://www.pcgamer.com/my-hero-ones-justice-2-adds-the-english-dub-cast-in-its-latest-update/
For those who are objectively wrong and prefer dubs to subs, My Hero One's Justice 2 has finally added in the dub's voice actors in its latest update.
Shown off by Katsuki Bakugou's voice actor, Clifford Chapin, and announced in the latest update's patch notes (via Gematsu) , it appears as if the entire roster's English cast have been included. Whether they are newly-recorded lines for the game, or simply archival audio from the anime itself, hasn't been confirmed.

AMD bundles Horizon Zero Dawn with select AMD Ryzen 3000 CPUs
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/amd-bundles-horizon-zero-dawn-with-select-amd-ryzen-3000-cpus/

Notice that it's for the "older" 3000 series, not the 3000XT. Also, you may wonder why they do it for these procs and not wait and do it for the 4000 series. Well, the reason is likely because the game will launch this summer while the new CPUs...

NVIDIA Ampere Cooling Solution Heatsink Pictured, Rumors of Airflow Magic Quashed
https://www.techpowerup.com/268332/nvidia-ampere-cooling-solution-heatsink-pictured-rumors-of-airflow-magic-quashed

Although still a blurry-cam pic, this new picture of three GeForce RTX 3080 "Ampere" graphics card reference heatsinks on a factory-floor reveals exactly how the cooling solution works. The main heat-dissipation component appears to be a vapor chamber base, above which there are four flattened copper heat pipes, which hold the cooler's four aluminium fin arrays together. The first array is directly above the CPU/memory/VRM area, and consists of a dense stack of aluminium fins that make up a cavity for the fan on the obverse side of the graphics card. This fan vents air onto the first heatsink element, and some of its air is guided by the heatsink to two trapezium shaped aluminium fin-stacks that pull heat from the flattened heat pipes, and get airflow from the obverse fan.
The heat pipes make their way to the card's second dense aluminium fin-stack. This fin-stack is as thick as the card itself, as there's no PCB here. This fin-stack is ventilated by the card's second fan, located on the reverse side, which pulls air through this fin-stack and vents upward.
