You can be forgiven for having a 1080P display with that refresh rate. Haha
I wonder if your rig could outbench my old rig? :P

I've never had more than 1080p for any TVs/monitors, so it's not really a loss for me! Maybe one day once prices drop though.
Well, I finished installing all of my Steam games onto my new PC, now it's time for the GOG and Twitch games
No I feel bad that my non gaming PC only has a 1050ti. But yeah, the 8600k is pretty fine.

You're installing all your games? With just a 1TB HDD and a 236Gb SSD, I think you don't have enough games .
Please excuse my bad English.
Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070
Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

Ah, I guess I should probably learn a bit more about all of the components then so that in the future I'll be able to build my own PC instead of getting a pre-built one, I went in pretty quickly because my old desktop broke and I thus I needed a new one, so I went with a pre-built one.

I'm mainly a console gamer, I mainly use Steam/GOG/Twitch for free games or games that are gifted to me.

I said that because of the limited storage space VGP has, not because intalling everyting is bad. If you can (and want) do it, then do it because that way it's easier to play whatever you want, whenever you want.
That said, I don't even try to install all my games. I would have so many options that I wouldn't be able to decide what to play .

I understand.
Still, with games getting bigger and bigger each passing year, that 1TB drive will not be enough sooner than you think, unless you stick with indie games.
