Have you ever eaten canned peaches with cottage cheese? It looks disgusting, but the flavors blend together pretty well.

hmm sounds he a weird combo. Might try that one day when I have both ingredients. I'm not averse to trying weird things. Sour cream and salsa mix is just plain weird looking and not great taste wise either xD

Sour cream + salsa is totally normal in my family, heh. Can't eat a taco without both, and a little guacamole on the side.

They say the fruit originated from Kerala, India - which is where I was born :)

I recommend buying it - They are DELICIOUS , you can get it off of grocery stores - they usually come in cans though unless you buy the actual fruit at a Indian/Desi store.

Maybe the meat mixes well with the sauces. I just ate it with corn chips.
