I am not.

I have however pre-ordered Gamepop.

Several reasons for this decision:

-It's free if you pre-order before end of June.
-Instead of charging for games, it works on a Netflix model - small flat monthly fee for all games. This is far superior because if I don't like a game I didn't waste any money on it. Means I will try a lot more games for a lot less money.
-Allows you to use your phone as the controller (perfect for all swipe/tilt games) or their controller
-Will be more powerful than Ouya
-HAS iOS GAMES!! HUGE advantage as iOS has a far better library of games than Android.
-Because Bluestacks is developing, (which I currently use on my Android phone and Windows 8 laptop) I'm hopeful their cloud network will allow me to continue the exact same game from my phone to the Gamepop to the phone to the laptop as serves my current location/situation at the time. This is currently unconfirmed but seems likely and THIS is the future of gaming.
-With Ouya I would have to repurchase the same games I already have on other devices.

Android / iOS games work well for me as my playtime is can usually be measured in minutes not hours. Most times I only have 5-15 minutes to play, not enough time to even get into most console games but perfect for this.

I would consider it if Randy Savage was still alive and advertized it.

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

media players on par with xbmc and NES,SNES, N64, GBA, GBC, and all Sega emulators run perfectly fine - my backlog has increased like 1000% because of homebrew - that's why I said "sounds like"

Wii Homebrewer here and I don't really think the emulators are good. Not that the OUYA is necessarily better, since I haven't tested it, but... yeah.

do you know how to make wads out of game rips? All my games on homebrew are flawless

Games can and should tell stories and share ideas through their mechanics. This is the intrinsic element of the medium and this is how experiences should be crafted in video games. No company does this as well as Nintendo and their echoes from the past.

Added a poll due to request.

I didn't have one before because I was told that people normally manipulate them anyway so no point if poll is not accurate.

Prediction: Switch will sell better than Wii U Lifetime Sales by Jan 1st 2018

No. Never. It's useless and a waste of money.

I never considered it, but I heard some people say it can do emulation. If that's true then I'd consider it after I secure next gen consoles. If it can play Xbox 1 game and other stuff from that era, then I'm on board. If that's BS then forget it. If anybody knows about this just reply to me. Thanks in advance.

No. Ouya2 for PSP emulation, though.

Don't bother me again quoting my post for something rather obvious :/

The thing is the Wii is basically hardware from the year 2000. It simply doesn't have the juice to emulate some stuff.
