I guess you could say I'm getting 5 launch games in a sense, since KI is free... but my guess is it costs $50+ in the long run for all the stages, characters, sounds etc. Even more if you want that "Shadow Jago" aka buying a XBox Live year card. F that!

But...But next gen Minecraft :P Gotta have that XBLA (will they call it that this time around?) madness.

I already have rechargeable batteries, so I don't mind missing out on the play and charge kit.

I'm also considering a extended warranty through MS as well. Haven't heard the cost on that yet.

I may skip on warranty and I use rechargeable batteries also. Play and charge kit is the expensive option and you can't really use it for anything but Xbox unlike the batteries and charger... This is one expensive gen!

In Australia, yes. Games are around $60-100+ depending on what you get. I would opt for digital but I want to pay for everything now so I can save up for Christmas presents for everyone and just having spare cash around that time of year is always handy.

get everyone presents?! what are you crazy?!! there is no reason to love people and get them presents. live your life alone and just have video games as your only true love and the one thing you care about.

Zero.

I know people who bought Vitas. I know people who still have PTSD from the 360's RROD days. I do not buy launch consoles.

I'm lucky. What I give, I usually get in return. My girlfriend has been... convinced to get me a 3DSXL for Christmas. It's going to be a great gen for me!
