I'm not trying to start anything, but I'm pretty sure the day one editions don't come with a free year.  Maybe it does where you are, idk.  But in the US amazon.com doesn't list anything about it, nor does xbox.com unless they have come out and said so.

It says what the day one edition comes with and it doesn't list xbox gold as coming with it.  They do have a day one xbox live gold card but it's only the card with a couple game bonuses.   Would love to be proven wrong if I am.

Wow, I have almost that exact list yet mine is $200 cheaper since I'm in the U.S.

Yeah we get ripped hard over here but I suppose it evens out after you take into account our minimum wage.

Oh yeah!!  I wasn't gonna get 4 games but I said fuck it and I'm going for it.  Bad thing is right now I don't have enough money to cover it.  I have almost $500 leftover from graduation money last year among others.  I'm about to put an app in at gamestop.  They aren't hiring right now, but hopefully they are soon. I would love to work the console midnight launches.  Would probably be a lot of fun.

lol, can't wait for vd to come back. Working at gs during a launch night might be quite hectic rather then fun.

The Xbox is going to be expensive.

Plug and play charge kit= 20 or 30

And for the online players a headset if they don't have a 3rd party headset.
