Here it is Jay, but you had posted in it once so you may have already seen them. I know screens don't do a game full justice, but it is amazing.

Long game? how long? Uncharted 2 was like 15 hours ish, so any longer then that should be good for me :P.

^ It's stated in the review. From 15 to 20 hours; even if you rush through the game, avoid enemies, don't explore and just plain "speed run" the game the first time, I doubt you can beat it in less than seven to eight hours.

I am a bit curious about the game but I am cautious as I don't know if this is my cup of tea xD but I am willing to give it a try. Should I play the first game? Because that is a huge problem :(. My laptop could barely run it (I guess... xD) and I don't have a 360. Is it really neccesary to play the first one?

It is not, as you will be told the events of the first game like in three ocations during the game. (Spoilers, of course, but hey) In fact, there's a part on which you remember your actions during Metro: 2033.

Of course, there are details that you would only know if you played the first game. But the second one will summarize you whatever you need to know, so it's not necessary to play it.

Thanks! The only thing left is to see some gameplay videos on youtube to see if I could get into it. If it has a strong survival horror vibe I could see myself buying it :)

This game is heavy on atmosphere, so I'm sure that you'll enjoy. As survival horror as it is, I didn't get scared playing (But there were some tense sequences, that I can tell); but the setting is a delight.

I must have missed it. And yea I usually consider the low end since I usually do things to fast. But I also like to explore and kill everything. This game is now added to the list though.

Perfect then because altough I love the survival horror setting I don't like that much "Scary games" I will definitely give it a try next month when I can finally start buying games xD.
